Yes, it is possible to customize the cake flavour and/or design. The MOQ for customization is 60 cakes or above per month for custom flavour and 120 cakes above monthly for exquisite designs.
Our aim is to fulfil your order on the same day. However, this depends on whether the cake is available. Thus, you will receive the cake on the same day if it’s in stock, but if it is out of stock, we will require one week’s notice.
Our 8 inch cakes can be cut into 10 triangle slices.
Unfortunately, gluten-free, vegan and allergy-freindly cake options are currently unavailable.
Cake tastings for events are temporarily unavailable.
Cake delivery options and fees vary depending on your location and the specific area. Delivery fees can range from RM15 to RM35
Yes, we offer free delivery for orders that are RM300 and above.
You can cancel your orders and get a full refund 48 hours before delivery with valid reason. Cancellation less that 48 hours before the cakes are sent out will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, we are unable to do this at the moment. Nonetheless, you can speak to one of our team for more on what we can do for you.
While we hope to someday provide intricate cake decoration services, custom shaped cakes and edible decorations, these are currently unavailable.
For cafes, coffee shops, and other F&B outlets, we offer free samples of up to 6 cake flavors if you’d like to taste them before making bulk purchases.
We accept e-wallet transactions and FPX payments.
Our cake delivery services are currently available in Kuala Lumpur, and Selangor.
We aim to fulfil all orders with same-day delivery within working hours. However, this is subject to availability of the cakes.
Our cakes can last for up to weeks in the freezer. They can last for 2 to 3 hours before starting to melt in air cond temperature. They taste best chilled so keep them refrigerated until you want to consume them.
We require our customer to order a minimum of 4 whole cakes per delivery.
We can precut and wrap the cake slices upon request. This service is free of charge.
This depends and you’ll have to contact us for more details. We’d be more than happy to help you out in any way.
All the ingredients we use are pork, lard, and alcohol free. We are currently working towards obtaining halal certification.
